高效液相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用法（LCMS）在現(xiàn)代分析檢測(cè)中具有通用性好、檢測(cè)靈敏度高的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，應(yīng)用前景十分廣闊，涉及的行業(yè)和領(lǐng)域包括藥物分析、代謝物分析、農(nóng)殘檢測(cè)、獸殘檢測(cè)、環(huán)境污染物檢測(cè)等。
聚醚類高分子化合物屬于非離子表面活性劑，近年來作為消泡 劑廣泛用于發(fā)酵法生產(chǎn)藥物和其他各種產(chǎn)品的工藝過程。
飛秒檢測(cè)利用 Agilent 公司 6460 三重四 級(jí)桿液質(zhì)聯(lián)用儀開發(fā)了一種檢測(cè)發(fā)酵法生產(chǎn)的藥物產(chǎn)品中聚醚類消泡劑殘留量的方法。
實(shí)驗(yàn) 結(jié)果表明：本方法具有較高的檢測(cè)靈敏度，可以檢出樣品中最低 0.02 mg/kg 的消泡劑；上機(jī) 溶液濃度在 1~10 μg/L 范圍內(nèi)，
峰面積對(duì)濃度的線性回歸方程為 A = 2130c - 115.23，相關(guān)系數(shù) r2 = 0.9998。
